I thought the quote from the vendor was too high. His only option was to remove the tree. I wanted to talk to some other companies. I also hoped to be able to save the tree. It is over 50 years old. I was referred to an arborist by a neighbor. I took the arborist’s recommendation. The tree has been treated and is responding to the treatment.
